By using our Services, you acknowledge that Million K Production is the sole owner of all information collected. We collect:

Visual/Audio Data: Raw and edited footage, photos, and voice recordings captured during our services. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable right to store and process this data at our discretion.
Automated Data: IP addresses, cookies, and device identifiers used to track your interaction with our brand.

2. EXPANDED USE OF DATA

We reserve the right to use your information for any business purpose, including but not limited to:

Marketing & Publicity: Using your likeness or project details in our portfolios, social media, and paid advertisements without further compensation or "approval" rights.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, or bankruptcy, all client data and captured media are considered transferable assets.
Third-Party Sharing: We may share your data with subcontractors, software providers (galleries/storage), and legal partners to fulfill our business interests.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF SECURITY (LIMITATION OF LIABILITY)

While we implement commercial-grade security, the Client acknowledges that no data transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Assumption of Risk: The Client provides all personal and project data at their own risk.
Waiver of Claims: Million K Production shall not be held liable for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or "leaks" of client media or personal info by third-party hackers or platform failures (e.g., Cloud storage hacks). Our liability for any data-related claim is capped at $0.00 or the minimum allowed by law.

4. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PROCESSORS

We use third-party processors for payments and gallery hosting (e.g., Stripe, HoneyBook, Pixieset).

Million K Production does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. * Any dispute regarding payment data must be handled directly with the processor, not us.

5. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

Right to Delete: We reserve the right to delete any client data or media from our servers at any time, for any reason, without notice, once the initial 30-day delivery window has passed.
Client Requests: While we will honor legal requests for data deletion where required by law, we reserve the right to retain "Archival Copies" of media for our own legal defense and portfolio use.

6. MANDATORY UPDATES

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without direct notice to you. Your continued use of our services or website constitutes an automatic and binding acceptance of the updated terms. It is your sole responsibility to check this page for changes.

7. CONTACT & DISPUTES

All inquiries regarding this policy are subject to the Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waiver clauses found in our main Terms and Conditions.
